Hidden Taste is a traditional Indian food Restaurant launched by Master Chef/owner Sumeet and his wife Fatima. This Restaurant serves Indian food favorites, such as Samosas that are made every day using potatoes, peas, and Indian spices. 

Master Chef Sumeet, originally from Chandigarh (India), obtained in 1998 a gold medal in Culinary Art and moved to Switzerland in 2000. He had a career of 12 years as a Chef in some renowned Swiss restaurants.  He then moved to Canada in 2012 and had a great career as Chef manager at Farm Boy for more than 8 years. 

The ultimate dream for Sumeet and Fatima has always been to start their own business. This dream came true recently when they found an excellent location to start their business in the Heart of Orleans, On St Joseph Blvd.
